Dividend Line (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) is an independent equity-research platform that provides fundamental data, valuation models, screening tools and educational content for long-term, fundamentals-based investors.
The platform is founded and operated by Ricardo Antunes Moreira, a sole trader registered in Portugal, trading as Dividend Line. You can reach us at support@dividend-line.com, and full registration and tax details are available on request.
The platform is offered as a free tier alongside paid subscription plans. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time; some functionality may be incomplete or behave unexpectedly while the product continues to develop.
All content, data, scores, models and tools on Dividend Line are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. See our Investment Disclaimer for full details.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Dividend Line offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The applicable price, billing cycle (monthly or annual) and any trial terms are shown clearly before you confirm a purchase. Where a trial requires a payment method, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Paid plans renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe company). Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase: it handles the transaction, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive or store your full card details.
You may cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your billing emails. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Because Dividend Line is digital content and services supplied immediately, by starting to use a paid plan (or a trial that converts to one) you request immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully provided, to the extent permitted by law.
How cancellations and refunds work in practice is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You agree not to:
Financial data is sourced from third parties — including Financial Modeling Prep and SEC EDGAR — and may contain inaccuracies, delays, gaps or errors. We do not guarantee that any data, calculation or model output is complete, current or correct, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Always cross-check key figures against official company filings.
The platform’s original design, text, analytics, scoring methodologies, software and branding are owned by Dividend Line and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying market and financial data remain the property of their respective providers. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own research; no other rights are granted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dividend Line and its operator are not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, its data or its tools. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required to protect the platform, its users or our data providers. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence are unaffected.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body. In Portugal the competent national entity is CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo. General consumer information is available at consumidor.gov.pt. You may also use any dispute resolution body available to you in your own country of residence.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@dividend-line.com, or via our Contact page.
